I understand that by submitting this form that I am requesting to save the date that I have selected. I also understand that there is a possibility that the date that I am requesting may not be available. I agree that The Southern Chateau can contact me within 24-48 to confirm my reservation. I understand that I will then have the option of whether or not to schedule a Booking Consultation meeting with The Southern Chateau to review my reservation and enter into a contract. I understand that should I choose to enter into a contract with The Southern Chateau that a 25% security deposit will be due to hold my reservation once a contract has been signed. I agree and understand that the 25% security deposit is non-refundable will serve as my first payment toward my total amount due.
