Reserve your preferred event date by completing two easy steps.
Step 1: Click below on "Save the Date". Select your event date and the 10:00 AM time slot. This will block off the entire day so that nobody else can book your event date. Your event package will be adjusted to the correct time block at your booking consultation. Enter your information and answer a few questions about your event and submit your form. A member of our team will contact you to verify that your date is available. In the meantime, move onto the second step.
Step 2: Click below on "Sign Contract" to schedule an appointment to sign your Contract at a Booking Consultation. At the Booking Consultation we will review your desired package, and go over your contract. Upon entering into contract with The Southern Chateau, a 25% non-refundable security deposit will be due at this time to secure your event date on our calendar. The security deposit will also serve as your first payment toward your total amount due. For Hourly Rate bookings, the security deposit is 50% of the total amount due. Booking Consultation appointments are scheduled for Monday or Tuesday and last approximately one hour.
NOTE: Schedule your Booking Consultation as soon as possible to secure your event date on our calendar. The Southern Chateau will only hold your event date for 14 days unless a contract has been signed. If a contract has not been signed within 14 days from saving your event date, The Southern Chateau will no longer hold your event date.
