At The Southern Chateau we take care of all of the details so that our guests can sit back and enjoy their day. We offer a variety of packages with many amenities to meet the needs of our clients. We have everything from basic morning packages that are great for bridal showers, baby showers, birthday parties and luncheons to full day packages to accommodate weddings, business meetings and other events. We also offer the option to book a second consecutive full day at a discounted rate. Rates vary according to season, day of the week and time of day. Save your date by placing your reservation today. After we have confirmed that your requested date is available, we will contact you to set up a Booking Consultation. A 25% security deposit will be due at the Booking Consultation. The security deposit is nonrefundable and will hold your date and serve as your first payment toward the total amount due.

We will contact you to schedule your Booking Consultation as soon as we verify that the requested is available usually within 24 hours, but no later than 48 hours. If the date that you request is not available, we will help find a date that is available that will work for you.

I understand that by submitting this form that I am requesting to save the date that I have selected. I also understand that there is a possibility that the date that I am requesting may not be available. I agree that The Southern Chateau can contact me within 24-48 to confirm my reservation. I understand that I will then have the option of whether or not to schedule a Booking Consultation meeting with The Southern Chateau to review my reservation and enter into a contract. I understand that should I choose to enter into a contract with The Southern Chateau that a 25% security deposit will be due to hold my reservation once a contract has been signed. I agree and understand that the 25% security deposit is non-refundable will serve as my first payment toward my total amount due.
