Our event packages are thoughtfully designed to accommodate a wide range of gatherings - from simple morning meetups and luncheons to full day weddings and professional functions. We prioritize efficiency and a stress-free process, ensuring your event runs smoothly regardless of its size or complexity.
Reserve your preferred event date by filling out the form below. In addition to reserving your event date, you will also schedule a Booking Consultation. At the Booking Consultation, you will enter into contract with The Southern Chateau. A 25% non-refundable security deposit will be due at your Booking Consultation to secure your reservation on our calendar. The security deposit will also serve as your first payment toward your total amount due.
Select your event date on our calendar, then select the 10:00 am time block to reserve your event date. Your time will be adjusted according to your event package at your Booking Consultation. Next, schedule your Booking Consultation. A Booking Consultation must be scheduled to move forward in the booking process. At your Booking Consultation we will review your event package and your contract and secure your event date on our calendar. A 25% Security Deposit is due at the Booking Consultation. The Security Deposit is non-refundable and will serve as your first payment toward your total amount due.
