We are excited to offer you the opportunity to tour our venue and experience its ambience firsthand. Touring our facility allows you to determine if The Southern Chateau will be the perfect setting for your event prior to booking. Seeing our venue in person will help you envision your special occasion and bring your dream to life. Our event space can accommodate up to 150 guests with a flowing-style event and has a maximum seating capacity of 80 guests.
To ensure every visit runs smoothly and scheduled events and appointments are not interrupted, tours are available by appointment only. If you need a tour outside the listed dates ant times, please contact us. We're happy to find an option that works with your schedule. Tours last approximately 30-45 minutes, giving you time to our venue space and ask questions. Please arrive on time so that we do not delay any tours or appointments that may be scheduled after your scheduled time block. If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late, please contact us, as you may need to reschedule if another client has an appointment following yours.
Select an available date and time to schedule your tour. Tours are free of charge. If you decide to book an event, a 25% Security Deposit is required to secure your event date on our calendar. The Security Deposit is non-refundable and will serve as your first payment toward your total amount due.
