At The Southern Chateau we believe in transparency in all aspects, especially when it comes to our pricing. Our goal is to provide flexibility and clarity, ensuring you know exactly what to expect as you plan your special occasion.

Package Options to Fit Your Needs
We offer a varity of event packages to suit a wide range of budgets and preferences. Our decorated event packages include full decor, as well as setup and takedown by our team, allowing you to simply arrive and enjoy your celebration. For those who prefer a more hands-on experpience, we provide time-based rental rates that allow you to personalize and dcorate your event space as you wish. Customizable options are available to help you create an event that reflects your unique style.

Booking Process
When you are ready to book, our event coordinatior will guide you through each step of the process beginning with a booking consultation, where we will confirm and reserve your desired event date. To secure your reservation, a non-refundable security deposit of 25% is required along with the signing of a contract. This deposit not only guarantees your date on our calander, but also serves as the first installment toward your total event cost. Hourly Rate bookings require a 50% security deposit due at the the Booking Consultation.

^Our^{Hourly Rates are a basic rental of our event space, including our prep kitchen. Hourly Rates do not include decor of any kind, access to our Bridal Suite or Groom's Lounge, or use of our wood farm tables or wood Chiavari chairs. These items are available as an upgrade for an additional cost.} ^{Our Hourly Rates include: setup and take down, free guest Wi-Fi, audio/visual equipment, tablecloths, one 32-inch round table, one 4-foot rectangle table, one 6-oot serving table, and your choice of up to eight 5-foot round tables with 64 white resin folding chairs, or up to ten 8-foot banquet tables with up to 80 white resin folding chairs.} ^{Event Insure Is Required for All Reservations.} ^{Rates Do Not Include Tax.}
