Our rates are determined by the day of the week, how many hours the reservation is for and whether the event will take place during our peak season or our off season. Our peak season runs from April 1st through October 31st of each year. Our off season runs from November 1st through March 31st of each year. Rates will be higher during our peak season and on weekends. Visit our "Book" page to reserve a date. After we have confirmed that the date that you requested is available, we will set up a Booking Consultation meeting. A 25% security deposit will be due at the Booking Consultation. The security deposit is nonrefundable and will hold your date and serve as your first payment of 25%.
