Step 2: Scheduling your Booking Consultation is the second step in securing your event date in our calendar. If you have not reserved your event date, please go back and reserve your event date first, then come back to this step. Be sure to schedule your Booking Consultation within 7 days of requesting your event date to hold your date on our calendar until your event date is secured at your Booking Consultation. At your Booking Consultation we will go over your desired event package and enter into contract securing your event on our calendar. A 25% Security deposit is due upon signing of your contract (50% for Hourly Rate bookings). The Security Deposit is non-refundable and will serve as your first payment toward your total amount due. Booking Consultations last approximately one hour.
