Final Timeline

Please provide a detailed timeline of your time block with the start and end times of each event within your reserved time block. If your event includes a floor change, please indicate the time that you'd like staff to begin this floor change. Please allow 30 minutes for a floor change to be completed.


Example: 5:00 arrival, 5:30 guests arrive, 6:00 - 7:00 dinner, 7:00 floor change, 7:30 - 9:30 reception/dancing, 9:30 clean-up, 10:00 departure.
