Our half day package is an excellent choice for family gatherings. company meetings and events, or charity events. This package features a six-hour daytime block with many floorplan options to choose from.

• Six Hour Main Event Space Rental: Enjoy access to our main event space for 6 hours, providing ample time for your event.
• Audio and Visual Equipment: The package includes modern audio and visual equipment to enhance presentations and communication.
• Prep Kitchen Access: Make use of our prep kitchen to support your catering or food service needs. 
• Custom Table Setup: Select your preferred table arrangement, complete with linens, to create a comfortable environment for attendees. Maximum Seating Capacity: 80

Table and Chair Options

• Up to eight 9-Foot wood farm tables with up to 80 walnut wood Chiavari chairs. Seats up to 80.
• Up to ten 8-Foot rectangle banquet tables with floor-length linens and choice of up to 80 walnut wood Chiavari chairs or up to 80 white resin folding chairs. Seats up to 80. 
• Up to eight 5-Foot round tables with floor-length linens and choice of up to 64 walnut wood Chiavari chairs or up to 64 white resin chairs. Seats up to 64.

Table Centerpieces:

Table centerpieces include a cheesecloth table runner, greenery and your choice of candles or lanterns. Items are chosen from our inventory.

Cheesecloth Table Runner Colors: White, Ivory, Sage Green, Olive Green, Blush Pink, Dusty Pink, Dusty Blue, Navy Blue, Burgundy, Terracotta, and Black.

Greenery: Choose between eucalyptus garlands accented with artificial roses, lavender garlands, willow garlands accented with artificial hydrangeas, or white wisteria garlands.

Candles and Lanterns: Choose between white or ivory asymmetrical candles accented with candle wreaths or wood rounds, white or ivory pillar candles accented with hurricane glass and candle wreaths, white or brown wood lanterns with candles accented with candle wreaths, or choose between black or white lanterns accented with chiffon ribbon ties and rose petals. Round tables also have the option of vases with artificial floral accents.
