Step 2: Set up an appointment to sign your contract by scheduling a Booking Consultation. At your Booking Consultation we will go over your desired event package and enter into contract securing your event on our calendar. A 25% Security deposit is due upon signing of your contract (50% for Hourly Rate bookings). The Security Deposit is non-refundable and will serve as your first payment toward your total amount due. Booking Consultations are scheduled on Mondays and Tuesdays and last approximately one hour. A Contract must be signed and the Security Deposit paid within 14 days of saving your event date to secure your event date on our calendar. If a contract is not signed within 14 days, the event date will no longer be saved.
