Select an available date and time to schedule your tour. When you tour our facility it allows you to view The Southern Chateau firsthand and ask any questions that you may have. Tours are free of charge. To ensure every visit runs smoothly and scheduled events and appointments are not interrupted, tours are available by appointment only. If you need a tour outside the listed dates ant times, please contact us. We're happy to find an option that works with your schedule. Tours last approximately 30-45 minutes, giving you time to our venue space and ask questions. Please arrive on time so that we do not delay any tours or appointments that may be scheduled after your scheduled time block. If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late, please contact us, as you may need to reschedule if another client has an appointment following yours. If you decide to book an event, a 25% Security Deposit is required to secure your event date on our calendar. The Security Deposit is non-refundable and will serve as your first payment toward your total amount due. A 50% Security Deposit is due for Hourly Rate bookings to hold the event date. Special Offer: Save 10% on a curated event package when you schedule a Booking Consultation while on your tour. The Booking Consultation doesn’t need to take place the same day, just simply be scheduled. This offer is only available with curated event packages and is not valid with any other offer.
