At The Southern Chateau, we offer an easy to understand package based on hourly rates. This package is designed to provide flexibility and affordability, making it perfect for clients who want to customize their special occasion while staying within budget.

Personalization and Affordability

Our Hourly Rate package empowers clients to infuse their events with their own personal style and decor making each event unique and memorable. Our hourly based rates are especially cost-effective for those hosting bridal showers, birthday parties, baby showers, engagement parties and other special gatherings, while still providing all the basic essentials while staying on budget and hosting successful event.

^{A 25% non-refundable security deposit is due upon signing of contract and will be applied toward the total amount due. Catering and other vendor related services are not included.}

Table and Chair Options

• 9 Foot wood farm tables decorated with your choice of table runner and lush greenery accented with your choice of candles. Our wood farm tables are paired with walnut wood Chiavari chairs for an elegant dining experience. Seats up to 80.
• 8 Foot rectangle tables are dressed with floor-length linens that gracefully sweep the floor, a coordinating table runner, lush greenery and your choice of candles. Choose either walnut wood Chiavari chairs for a polished look, or white resin folding chairs accented with a ruffled sash for a more casual dining experience. Seats up to 80.
• 5 Foot round tables featuring floor-length linens are accented with beautiful floral centerpieces and a vase of your choice. Round tables are great for encouraging conversation at smaller events. Walnut wood Chiavari chairs create a luxurious dining experience, or choose white resin folding chairs with a ruffled chair sash for a classic look. Seats up to 48.
