Purchase Event Insurance

Event insurance is required with every reservation and must be purchased no later than 30 days prior to a client's event. We have made the process as easy as possible for our clients. Below are our top three recommendations for event insurance, however clients are welcome to use an event insurance provider of their choice.

How to Purchase Event Insurance:

1. Click on the link to the insurance provider you choose to use. You will be redirected to their site.
2. Our requirements are already filled out on their insurance form. All you need to do is adjust minor details to fit your guest count and event type.
3. Request a quote. The insurance providers will email you a quote, some might even have a quote available immediately for you to view.
4. Purchase your insurance. Once you have purchased your insurance, the insurance provider will email us a copy of your certificate of insurance. If you do not use one of the companies from our recommendations, then you will be responsible for emailing us a copy of your certificate of insurance.
