Purchase Event Insurance

Event insurance is required with every reservation and must be purchased no later than 30 days prior to a client's event. We have made the process as easy as possible for our clients. Below are our top three picks for event insurance, however clients are welcome to use an event insurance provider of their choice. To use one of our recommended providers, simply click on the link of the provider you wish to use and you will be redirected to that insurance provider's website to purchase your event insurance. Our requirements will already be filled out on the forms. You'll only need to adjust minor details to fit your guest count and event type. Once you have purchased your event insurance, the insurance provider will email a copy of your certificate of insurance to us at The Southern Chateau. If you purchase event insurance from a provider not listed below, it will be your responsibility to email us a copy of your certificate of insurance.
